I haaaate this bug!!!!

I love this game and its awesome, but I absolutely HATE the bug where I cant get my ad boosts and when I hit "Ok" after I hit the boost button, it always repeatedly says "Try Again". No matter how many times I push it, it wont give me an ad!!! (ToT)/

I tried everything to fix it, like:
Restarting my iPad
Restarting the game
Turning off and back on my wifi
Other stuff

Please do whatever you can to fix it please!
